Payment

Payment is due as outlined in our quotes or invoices, typically prior to delivery of goods or commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified.
Late payments may result in delays, interest charges, or withholding of services or goods until the balance is settled.

Return of Goods

Returns are only accepted by prior arrangement and must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
A restocking fee may apply.
Custom or specially ordered items are generally non-returnable, unless faulty.
Refunds will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Shipping

We ship goods within New Zealand using reputable carriers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive the goods.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our goods and services.
All products and workmanship are covered under a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Where applicable, we will repair, replace, or refund faulty goods in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
